Purchases Two Little Princes accepts Paypal and bank deposit as payment methods. Paypal simply requires a credit card number to pay (very easy to use) and is a very secure way of paying online. Payment needs to be made within 10 days unless otherwise agreed between Two Little Princes and the purchaser. A reminder email will be sent during this time and if not paid by day 10, goods will be returned to stock. Where items are classed as samples, please note they are free from labelling requirements as they are regarded as seconds items. With all seconds and preloved we therefore don't take responsibility on how to best care for your garment. Refunds Refunds will be accepted for goods not as described or where the description significantly outweighs the product received. Please take into consideration the Garment Conditions listed clearly on our website before making a refund request. We may offer a refund for other reasonable requests such as wrong garment size or garment not meeting needs as first thought. This is at our discretion. For all refunds, please contact using the 'contact us' form and state reasons for refund request. If refund cannot be offered, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead. We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and the freight associated with the return of goods. Two Little Princes will refund in the same method originally is at the buyers expense. Your item will be refunded only once it is returned and assessed - usually this takes up to 5 business days. Refunds for pre-loved items will be determined on original descriptions IE: if an item does state it is classed as Very Good and your request for refund is that it shows a small mark or some wash wear then this is not deemed a reasonable reason for refund as this is clearly marked in our Garment Conditions in addition to the item description. If the item is listed as BNWOT but you notice a mark or wear then clearly we have missed this description error and will refund the item. We will always attempt to resolve the situation out of general goodwill as we would prefer to keep our customers happy but we are also running a small home business not a large retail store, so our refund policy is still the same as a larger store. |
